The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is not just any ordinary yearly sale, which makes it one of my favorite sales of the year. The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale not only marks down thousands of products, it also introduces numerous pieces of clothing, accessories, along with beauty and home items. So, I have not only rounded up my favorite items from the sale, but am sharing a guide on how to shop this sale, as it can be a little confusing.
How is this sale different than any other?
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale uses a different method than a lot of other sales. First, is the preview of the sale, where everyone (no matter your status or whether or not you are a cardmember) gets to see all of the items that are a part of the sale. The preview starts June 9th. During the preview period you can add your favorite items to your wishlist. But, you cannot buy anything yet. When you are allowed to purchase items from the sale depends on what status you have as a cardmember at Nordstrom.
How do I find my status?
To find your status, go to the Nordstrom website. On the right hand side of the page it will say Hi, (Your Name). Once you click on that, a menu will dropdown. Click on “The Nordy Club Rewards” to find your Norstrom Club status along with a few other details like how many points you have. In order to have a Nordstrum Club Status, you need to have a Nordstrom Card. But, don’t worry, you don’t need to have a Nordstrom card to be able to shop the sale.
When do I get to shop the sale?
Your status simply determines when you will be able to shop the sale. The higher the status, the earlier you get to shop the sale. Here is a list of the different status categories and when they get to shop.
Icon Early Access – July 6-31
Ambassador Early Access – July 7-31
Influencer Early Access – July 9-27
Everyone Shops (No Nordstrom Card Needed) – July 15-31
