Imagine giving up pancakes. It’s a horrible thought, right?
Being healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up the foods you love, because there are so many creative alternatives out there that taste just as delicious, but are way better for you.
One of those delicious alternatives is this crazy tasty and super easy-to-make healthy five-ingredient pancake recipe. This is one of my favorite easy go-to breakfasts to start my morning off on the right foot!

Instructions:
- Turn the griddle or stove to medium heat (let it warm up while you make the pancake batter).
- In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and almond milk.
- Thoroughly mash your medium-sized banana and mix it into the bowl containing the liquids, along with the oat flour, baking soda, and (if you choose) cinnamon.
- Spoon your batter onto the griddle or pan into your desired size (I use this best-selling griddle).
- Let the pancakes cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Add all of your favorite toppings to this dish and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
Mouth-Watering Five Ingredient Healthy Pancakes
This delicious and super easy recipe will leave you pleasantly full and ready to take on the day ahead!
- 1/2 cup oat flour (You can use a blender or a food processor to grind oats into a flour consistency.)
- 1 medium-sized banana (I recommend using ripe bananas; they make the pancakes taste sweeter.)
- 1 egg
- a splash or two of almond milk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda (This will make the pancakes fluffy!)
- 1 tsp cinnamon (Optional: this will add a little more flavor to the pancakes.)
